GloveTacts offers a solution to everyday glove use with devices with conductive screens. We believe GloveTacts will work with most gloves and devices in most situations, but if GloveTacts don’t perform to your expectations we will replace them or refund the purchase cost.
Refunds can only be created for products that were purchased from GloveTacts.com. The refund will only be for the purchase price of the product and tax (if any). Shipping charges are not refundable. Contact us to request replacements or refunds through our contact us form or by replying to your order confirmation with a brief explanation of the issue.
Please allow up to 15 business days after approval of your refund for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued. Charges will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card account used for the original purchase.
Even if you did not purchase from glovetacts.com you may still contact us for assistance. We will not be able to issue refunds for products not purchased from glovetacts.com but we will send replacements.
